Step 1: Reconstitution
Clean the rubber stopper of the GHK-CU vial and a sterile bacteriostatic water vial with an alcohol swab.
Using a sterile syringe, draw 3mL to 5mL of bacteriostatic water .
Slowly inject the water into the GHK-CU vial. Tilt the vial and gently swirl (do not shake vigorously) until the powder is completely dissolved and the solution is clear
Storage: Store the reconstituted solution in the refrigerator (2-8°C). Never freeze the peptide .

Step 2: Dosage & Administration
Dose: Standard dosages range from 500mcg to 2mg per day, administered subcutaneously.
Calculations:
If you add 3mL of water to a 100mg vial: (100mg / 3mL) = 33.3mg/mL. This means 1 unit on an insulin syringe (0.01mL) equals 0.333mg.
If you add 5mL of water: (100mg / 5mL) = 20mg/mL. 1 unit equals 0.2mg.
Injection: Inject into the subcutaneous fat of the abdomen or buttocks. Note: GHK-Cu is known to cause a “burning” sensation at the injection site . This is common; users often dilute it further with additional bacteriostatic water or combine it with BPC-157 in the same syringe to minimize this effect .
