Description

LONGEVIA GHK-Cu 100mg is a research-grade copper tripeptide (Glycyl-L-Histidyl-L-Lysine copper complex) supplied as a lyophilized powder in a sealed vial. Available at Beast Muscle Egypt for laboratory research use only. This copper-binding peptide is studied in extracellular matrix remodeling, collagen synthesis signaling, and copper transport research models . Supplied as 100mg lyophilized powder for reconstitution. Not for human or veterinary use.
high-purity copper peptide research material supplied by Beast Muscle, Egypt’s trusted source for laboratory research compounds.
GHK-Cu (Copper Tripeptide-1) is a naturally occurring tripeptide with the sequence Glycyl-L-Histidyl-L-Lysine, complexed with a copper (II) ion . First identified in 1973, this copper-binding peptide has been extensively studied in preclinical research for its role in tissue remodeling pathways, extracellular matrix regulation, and copper-dependent cellular signaling .
The lyophilized powder format offers superior stability for long-term storage compared to reconstituted solutions. Each vial contains 100mg of GHK-Cu as a sterile-filtered, lyophilized powder intended for reconstitution in controlled laboratory settings .

Research areas of interest include:
Extracellular matrix (ECM) remodeling pathway studies
Collagen and elastin synthesis signaling research
Copper transport and metallopeptide biochemistry
Matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) expression studies
Fibroblast and keratinocyte proliferation research models

Storage & Handling (Lyophilized):
Store sealed vials at -20°C for long-term stability, or 2–8°C for intermediate storage. Protect from light and moisture. Allow vial to equilibrate to room temperature before opening to prevent condensation .

DIRECTIONS FOR LABORATORY USE
Equilibration: Remove the sealed vial from storage and allow it to reach room temperature for 15–20 minutes before opening. This prevents condensation inside the vial .
Preparation: Wipe the rubber stopper with 70% isopropyl alcohol and allow to air dry. Use sterile syringes and bacteriostatic water (0.9% benzyl alcohol) or sterile water for injection .
Solvent Addition: Slowly inject the calculated volume of solvent against the inner wall of the vial. Do not squirt directly onto the lyophilized powder, as this causes foaming and potential denaturation .
Dissolution: Gently swirl the vial in a circular motion until the powder is completely dissolved. Do not shake vigorously. The resulting solution should appear clear and blue .
Typical Reconstitution Concentration: 1–10 mg/mL is commonly reported for laboratory stock solutions .

Post-Reconstitution Storage:
Store reconstituted solution at 2–8°C immediately
Protect from light (use amber vials or wrap in foil)
Use within 30 days for optimal stability
For extended storage, aliquot into single-use portions and freeze at -20°C; avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles
