Directions
Mix 1 scoop (48g) with 300ml cold water or milk. Shake well. Drink 30 min pre-workout or immediately post-workout.
Serving Size: Use the provided scoop (1 scoop = 48g = 1 serving).
Liquid: Add 300ml – 400ml of cold water, juice, or your protein shake.
Mixing: Shake in a shaker bottle for 20 seconds or stir with a spoon.
Timing:
For Endurance: Drink 30-45 minutes before training.
For Recovery: Drink immediately after training.
For Mass: Take between meals.
