It is one of the most powerful pre-workout supplements. Recommended use
Assess your tolerance first by mixing 1 serving with 8 oz. of cold water and drink it about 30 minutes before your daily exercise. Once tolerance is assessed, increase dosage to 2 scoops mixed with 16 oz. of water before exercise. Do not exceed 2 scoops in a 24 hour period. Maintain adequate hydration during use.
