Directions for Reconstitution
Materials Required: 1 vial Follistatin 344 (1mg), bacteriostatic water or sterile saline, sterile syringe, alcohol swabs.
Step 1: Allow vial to reach room temperature before opening. Clean rubber stopper with alcohol swab.
Step 2: Inject 1–2 mL of bacteriostatic water slowly down the inner glass wall of the vial. Do not spray directly onto the lyophilized powder, as this may denature the peptide.
Step 3: Gently swirl or roll the vial between palms until powder dissolves completely. Do not shake vigorously.
Step 4: Inspect solution — it should be clear and particle-free. If cloudy or containing particulate matter, do not use.
Step 5: Store reconstituted solution at 2–8°C (refrigerated). Use within 30 days of reconstitution. Do not freeze reconstituted solution.
